Design and 3d modeling


Our engineering team, certified to ISO standards, remains abreast of the dynamic technical landscape. Pro/Engineer serves as our primary engineering software, complemented by compatibility with native SolidWorks and Unigraphics files to meet our customers’ design requirements. Utilizing Amada 3D unfolder, we create 2D flat layouts, subject to thorough validation through our Design Verification process. Upon completion, the part undergoes coding for CNC turret, LASER, combination machine, or waterjet, with Amada AP100US software employed for coding all machines except the waterjet, which is programmed using Flow path & Flow cut software.


Our interconnected Engineering, MRP, and Database workstations operate through a cutting-edge Ethernet network linked to a gigabit backbone, connecting to File, Database, and Application servers. Daily full system backups are conducted to ensure data integrity.


The FARO ScanArm stands as the quintessential tool for inspection, point cloud-to-CAD comparison, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, and 3D modeling. To facilitate rapid prototype models for design validation, we employ the Objet30 3D printer.
